Thrivent Financial, Habitat & Lutheran Churches

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Habitat for Humanity, and Tippecanoe County Lutheran Churches have joined together for a June 2012 build in Lafayette. Collectively, the six Lutheran churches need to provide 10% of the cost of the house or $8,035. Thrivent will provide 55% of the cost, with another 35% coming from the local Habitat affiliate. This financial support will provide one house in Tippecanoe County and up to three homes internationally. Today is the first day of our six-week fundraising campaign. Look for your Thrivent Builds donation envelope and information flyer. Place donations in the little house located in the narthex on the table Checks are made payable to "Thrivent Builds" with "Tippecanoe County" in the memo line. Immediately following the 10:45 service, a light lunch will be provided by the Fellowship Board. All members 18 years of age and older are encouraged to attend this meeting as we make decisions concerning God's work here at Grace. Childcare will be provided.
